1. Services

Dolla Beats sells music beats for personal and commercial use under the licensing terms outlined below.

2. Purchases and Payments

All beat purchases are processed securely through our payment system.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed before delivery of the beat.
Refunds are not available once a beat is purchased and delivered, except in cases of technical error or duplicate purchase.

3. Delivery

Beats are delivered digitally via a download link after purchase.
Dolla Beats is not responsible for issues related to internet access or file compatibility after delivery.

4. License & Use

When you purchase a beat from Dolla Beats, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the beat according to the type of license purchased:

Personal License

Use the beat for personal projects, demos, or social media content.
Cannot sell, resell, or monetize the beat.

Commercial License

Use the beat in monetized content, including YouTube videos, advertisements, or music releases.
You may distribute or sell songs containing the beat as part of your music.
You may not redistribute the original beat file or claim it as your own standalone product.

Prohibited Uses

Reselling, sharing, or giving away the original beat files.
Using beats in unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.

5. Ownership

Dolla Beats retains all rights, title, and interest in the original beats.
Purchasing a license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dolla Beats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our beats.
The total liability is limited to the amount paid for the beat.

7. Modifications

Dolla Beats reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of our beats constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dolla Beats operates.

Return and Refund Policy

At Dolla Beats, we strive to provide high-quality beats for your music projects. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

All beats are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a beat is downloaded, we cannot accept returns.

2. Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same beat twice, we will issue a refund for one of the purchases.
Technical Errors – If you were unable to download your beat due to a technical issue on our side, we will provide a replacement download or a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Dissatisfaction with the sound or style of a beat
Issues related to internet access or file compatibility on the buyer’s device

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
